Adding on to the Cabin
There are many features and options to choose from when it comes to our prefab cabins. Let’s cover some of the most common features added to cabins
The most common feature added to the cabins is the porch. Premium porch packages are $999 and require a minimum building size of 12×24. We also have the side porch option which is priced as a $695 addition to the base price of the lofted barn or the utility building. The side porch package requires a minimum cabin size of 12×20.
The electrical package is a very common addition to the prefab cabins. This allows for heat and cooling to be added to the inside of the cabin and gives the owner an option to add electronics such as tv and video games to the interior. The electrical package is a $295 addition to the cost of the prefab cabin.
